Mike Lee (R-Utah) posted on X about Talwani’s December Planned Parenthood / states order. As published by Newsmax, Lee wrote: “It would take an act of Congress to defund Planned Parenthood. So Congress did precisely that. To suggest Congress somehow lacks the authority to do that is insane — and potentially impeachable.” The same wording appears in other contemporaneous write-ups of the post. A Congress.gov search of 119th Congress impeachment resolutions as of 2026-08-26 did not return a House resolution naming Judge Indira Talwani. Do not write IMPEACHED.
